What was Federale Insurance looking for when decided to work with Photo Rewards?
As for any company, a loyal customer is of the utmost importance. We invest in a long-term partnership with our clients and want to make it beneficial for them to think of our sales network that offers a client oriented service, our prevention campaigns and our rebates policy. We wanted to offer something to our clients, without having it cost a lot but still with emotional value.

How are photo rewards leveraged to
surprise and delight customers?
Our Stampix campaign was a very nice way to offer our clients a fun and emotional gift. On their birthday, we send them an email with our birthday wishes and a present from Federale. With a unique code, our clients order 5 free photos and can also share this gift with friends and family. It doesn’t cost much and the perceived value is much higher. And we can offer our clients a tangible reminder of a moment worth remembering.

By activating the Share Module feature, Federale’s customers can share the gift with friends and family. They are redirected to a different microsite, where the brand collects GDPR-compliant opt-ins for future comms. The reverse of these pictures are branded with information about all the services provided and a QR code for more details in every category.
